*Should any of you miss either of the buses, you have an emergency only option to park and meet at The Holiday Inn by 3:40PM sharp.
Please don't be late! Ubers might be tough to get that time of year with other weddings.
For those doing day trips for the wedding, we recommend that you plan to park at The Holiday Inn.
In the evening, we will have shuttles pick everyone back up at 10:00PM. We will have an optional afterparty at The Stewart House, where drop-offs will be included.

Tip: avoid stiletto heels or pointed heels, block heels are suggested.
When do I need to RSVP by?
Please RSVP as soon as possible before June 20, 2025.
Are children allowed on the wedding day?
While we love your children, we've opted for an adults-only affair to allow everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration.
Can I bring a plus-one?
To keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one, they will appear when you RSVP.
Will you be serving alcohol?
Yes, we will have an open bar on the wedding day.
Will transportation be provided to and from the wedding venue?
Please note: there is absolutely no parking at the wedding venue. Please refer to our arranged shuttle section on our website to meet at the pick-up and drop-off hotel locations. You may, of course, Uber, but due to the time of year, please plan ahead.
What is the address of the Wedding ceremony and reception?
Address: 256 Smith Rd, West Coxsackie, NY 12192
Please make sure to arrive early, around 3:30PM as the ceremony will start promptly at 4:00PM.
Will there be an afterparty?
The reception will conclude at 10 PM at Windrift Hall, but the hotel shuttles will also include bringing guests to the afterparty at the Stewart Hotel.

Hotels book up fast, so please secure your lodging ASAP! A detailed description of hotel options are located on our site to choose from.
Tip: Please note the shuttle pick up/drop offs. All of the hotels located in the town of Hudson are walking distance from one another.

Dozens of local hikes, from 5 to 40 minutes away, for all levels. The closest hiking area is The Willows at Brandow Point.

Regular weekend ferry schedule (seasonal) between Hudson and Athens, sightseeing tours, private charters.
Kayak & Stand-up Paddleboarding
Kayak & Stand Up Paddle Board rentals with guided tours available. A short walk from the Stewart House.
